An SDJ Labs Special Offering! Our Pacific Northwest Clam Chowder is a wonderful, rich soup made from briny clams, bits of bacon, golden potatoes and a dab of dairy.
As a Seattle native, Chef Kristi learned how to make this soup from the scribbled notes of her mom and grandma. This included actually digging the clams at the beach on cold winter mornings!
This iconic chowder may have gotten it's name from the New England classic but this version is a Pacific Northwest treasure. The only thing that will make it even better is a crusty loaf of sourdough to sop up the last drop!
